Response Time
Most support inquiries are answered within one business day. Simple questions via live chat or email are often handled the same day, while more complex matters, such as identity checks or high‑value withdrawals, may take longer depending on the issue and any required documentation. We prioritize urgent payment or safety cases and will keep you updated during the review.
Feedback
Your feedback matters to us. Send suggestions, ideas, or any issues you spot, and our team reviews every message carefully and uses your input to improve the site, promotions, and overall user experience. Whether it’s a feature request, bug report, or general comment, we welcome it and will consider it when planning updates. Thank you for helping us make the site better.
